OUR WHISKY

We are the first craft distillery in China to use copper pot stills to make single malt whisky since 2014 winter

We set ourselves the most stringent maturation time requirements for our newmake spirit untill it could be called a Chinese Whisky

Compared with other distilleries that rushed to market

after only two years of aging by law

We require our whisky to be aged in oak barrels for at least 6 years

The first batch of six years whisky we are satisfied with will be bottled in 2022
